All Site design, branding, and original content are the property of Franchisee Start. Listing content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the submitting business owner, who grants us a license to display it on the Site.
Franchisee Start is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions with businesses listed on the Site, including franchise negotiations or purchases.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
